Hayao Miyazaki

Miyazaki is a Japanese film director and animator. His films often incorporate current themese (many of his films are older so current in relation to their release date). Many films focus on the relationship between nature and technology and pacifism. Miyazaki is a staunch feminist and his films feature young women as protagonists.

These are my two favorite films of Hayao Miyazaki.

George Lucas

George Lucas is an American filmmaker best known for his creation, Star Wars. Star Wars is my favorite film franchise of all time. Even though Lucas did not direct every single Star Wars film, he has worked on them all behind the scenes in a large capacity. Outside of his work on Star Wars he has directed and produced amazing science fiction and action films.

Unsuprisingly, my two favorite George Lucas films are Star Wars films.
